Ying Ying Soy Food is a small family-owned and operated artisan tofu producer. They have been proudly serving Canadians with the cleanest and best tasting tofu products since 2001. Their tofu finds its roots in its 2000-year-old tradition and processing technique. Their tofu is made the same way as it was done for more than 2000 years from 200 BC to the 1950s. We stick to the traditional process, the traditional formula. We use the original coagulant, Nigari, and hand-make our tofu in small batches in the traditional way.

Ying Ying’s Organic Miso Paste
Miso is a 3000 year old Chinese condiment. Our miso paste is a premium quality product, only produced in small batches with an extended fermentation period of six months or more. Our miso is made in accordance of a family recipe that our owner inherited from her mother. The only modification made to the recipe was the substitution of wheat flour for rice flour making the miso gluten free.
Miso is a very versatile product and can be used to make soups, salad dressings and dips.
